The winner when receiving a gift goes to the page "Giveaways - Won" there he clicks the button "Received" after which a form appears in which you can write a comment. The comment appears on the Giveaway page. You can also leave a comment blank and a “comment” appears on the Giveaway page stating that the winner received his gift.
If the winner presses the "Not Received" button on the Giveaway page, a private comment appears, for the task creator, when the creator responds to this comment, it will be possible to find out why the gift could not be received.
Convenience is that you can "Reply" to the comment and see your answer in notifications
Perhaps due to this functionality it will be easier to communicate with the winner.
Your suggestions?)
