Honestly there's no need for something like this to be public. Whatever reasons he had to remove you, or even put you on a blacklist are completely up to him, and are not relevant to anyone that you wanted to read this thread.

Why is this an issue? You even said it yourself (and I share this sentiment):

If you were on his whitelist, you should have him on your friend list... I wouldn't make it public if I were you, it's none of our concern (like other people have said).
