Mark of the ninja I suppose. Don't need to move the mouse a whole lot. Risk of Rain is keyboard only. I think you can use a controller as well.

Not with a keyboard, but you can play point-and-click with the mouse, even easy with the non-dominant hand. Try some Monkey Island if you're looking for story, or maybe some Myst if you're looking for puzzles.

Runespell Overture is a fun little Poker game.
There's some rpg elements and spells, and an interesting story to boot! I highly recommend it.

im too lazy to think up a funny answer so ill just be serious, xcom enemy unknown /within is one of the best games u can play one handed followed by fallout 1 and 2 and torchlight, but that ones a little trickey.

Second: Recently my wrist has been hurting, too much mouse action. I could go do other stuff, but I've got the next two days off (hence me being awake at 3 am :D), and I'm looking for a good game I can play with either keyboard only, or a game that doesn't really require fine motor control (playing with my left hand).
P.S., I'm a sucker for a good story
