That's normal. AMD CPUs usually run on room temp +5–10 and you can start worrying over 65°C. If you can stay on 30°C when booting up the PC and not doing anything on it, then you should be good.

What is your Amd Core temp while idling? right now ive been using 2 programs Speed fan, and Open hardware monitor and a good median temp of what im getting is around 30C to around 38C i have not yet installed any games yet cause i just built my pc but im eager to see what others are running at and if my temp is safe Im using a EVO 212 too
