Honey is a go-to secret ingredient of mine, for almost any recipe that requires sugar (spaghetti sauce, chili con carne, and more.

Simple salmon:

Pour honey onto a frying pan, and let it get hot (the honey becomes very liquidy)
Add a little bit of hot sauce and/or soy sauce or worcestershire sauce and swirl until mixed
Fry the salmon in the honey, flipping occasionally

voila.
just make sure to rinse the pan right away, once the honey cools down it'll be a nightmare to clean

Any interesting sauce recipes for steaks? I love steak and have tried every popular recipe, looking for new ones.

1) (not really a sauce) I like to rub a lot of paprika and smoked sea salt and then fry the steak
2) (not really steak) I like braising beef shank in belgian trappist ale

As much as I like steak, I don't really try many different sauces. I just like the meat as is.
Venison I might cook with Kiwi, and Duck Breast with pink peppercorns, but that's about it.

edit: now I want to make a stroganoff sauce

I like the meat as is too, but I eat steak too often so it is good to try sauces sometimes. Braising Belgian trappist ale looks like an interesting choice, thank you.

actually, here's something good.
Use a relatively thin piece of steak

Get indonesian sambal oelek, and spread it on the meat or a different flavorful hot sauce
Stick it in the oven for about 10 minutes (until cooked)
In the meantime, take a wrap/tortilla
spread hummus on it
add tomatoes
now cut up the meat, and put it in the wrap
add some chinese hoisin sauce or oyster sauce

enjoy

The only thing a cat is good for is siccing your dog on.

Also, I remember when I used to get meat at a particular market, a friend who worked there warned me that once it's skinned it's nearly impossible to tell the difference between cat and rabbit (and that the some of the stalls weren't too discerning)

I'm just going to post a link to a youtube video detailing something I made recently, that was both really easy to make, and tasted really good. The thing I'm talking about is Shakshuka.
