"Lottery", "Mysterious", "Random", "Raffle" always trigger my scam detector.

Most probably, but it can also be just the site's quirk in building names. We'd need at least direct Steam account links to check upon them more.
Also, what do you expect from a G2A type half-legal unauthorised key reseller that is under a Hong Kong address (an address apparently housing a few hundred companies… so a place where you make your tax-evasion shell companies if I ever saw one), says it has its European HQ in France, yet operates the site from a Bulgarian host.

I was just looking winners of Total War Warhammer lottery, and it's weird. 6 persons won it, and 4 of them are slavic with similar name and same "-" symbol between name and surname. I don't know why. It seems these people are from same community, or something similar.
Just me, or something odd happened?
