Probably not until April 24th, I just checked the FAQ on steam for you and it says:
Only gifts that are purchased on trusted accounts can be traded immediately; otherwise there is a 30-day cool down before the gift can be traded. Any account that has made any valid purchase from the Steam Store more than 30 days ago is considered trusted. This is to ensure that all games traded are valuable, and help prevent fraudulent purchases for the purpose of trades. If you do not make a purchase on your Steam account after being labeled as trusted within a year your status will be reset and you will need to wait an additional 30-days before being trusted again.

Yes, I had some gifts market as non tradable, but they were tradable, it's just a bug, just go to trade menu with a friend, and if u can add that gift into the trade channel, it means its just a bug.

Really?
ok. I was a little worried. I'm a new user in steam trades, and I often hear that many games are in revoked by steam.
I tried to find out, and I see there connection between the game not tradable with game that in revoked.
so I'm a little worried.

Revoked = failure at payment. Chargebacks on credit cards make games get revoked.

If the game is revoked while in your inventory, it will simply disappear. If you have already activated the game and then it gets revoked, Steam will send you a message on your Steam client informing you of what has been taken away from your account. If you have traded using the official Steam trading window, Steam can (in some circumstances), give you back whatever you traded for the game before it was revoked. Try to avoid using third party methods of payment such as paypal because they will have to launch an inquiry and you may or may not get refunded. Steam wants you to use their trading service not only because they keep your money on Steam, but because it's also the safest way to trade.

That happens all the time, but is just steam being shitty. All items that are tradable show up on the trade window, if they are not tradable they won't show up, so don't worry.
Source: I trade a lot and was confused about that months ago, still happens all the time.

Happens to me every so often as well. That was the first time and I've encoutered it twice since. As others have said it's a bug.
