when i try to enter a draw for a game it says its in my library but not

hi there i have tried on a few occasions to enter a draw for a game but when i do it says " already in your library" but i know i have not received or bought it ..... anyone else getting the same thing as well as well"

any suggestions would be helpful thanks

This happened to me once after one of the Saint Row: The Third's free weekends. I didn't ever really fix it as a week later I bought it...

This happens on free weekends; why it's generally a good idea to sync your account anywhere from Monday to Wednesday so you don't have to deal with it
