SFxT PC ver. and New Characters

Hellow everyone :3
Im thinking about buy SFxT since has a big discount at moment, but im not still a sure if i should buy it right now... I know the developers made some new characters and probably they will release them over dlc but im worried about if they instead release the Super SFxT which will make me buy "another" game to have those dam chars...
So i came here to ask some feedback to help me taking a decision.

Dont get me wrong, i did brought in past the SFIV a few months before the SFIV:AE release which made me feel regretted, i just don't wanna commit the same mistake, that's all since we are talking about capcom... thats why i came here collecting some info's to assist my decision...

No, they promised not to do that. Instead, all of the dlc is on disc now for sale/unlock later.

sorry i forgot to tell that im talking about digital pc version of game, there is no "content on disc"...

They'll find a way. There's probably an .exe file called "disc"

they did underestimate the xbox hackers skills but they would be very dumb if they would put the dlc characters files inside of game folder on pc version before the release date...

You forgot about the auto-executable file ban.exe, which activates and removes your access to the base game if you do that.

i did researched and there is no ban.exe on SFxT folder
