I pay around 7.5 usd/month for 30 mbps upsteam/downstream fiber connection in India. For 300 mbps it would be 25 usd/mo. Data caps at 3300 GB/month. I have never even crossed 500 GB of usage in a month.
Apparently in US it cost much more.

St. Petersburg, Russia. About $6.5/month for 100/100 mbps, no cap (I think we eliminated such thing as data cap for non-mobile internet around 15 years ago over here)

I have a friend who pay 8$ for 500 Mbit/s.
Sadly, I live in a russian village, so there is no alternatives for me.

I pay 35€ for :
->1gpbs/100mbps, fiber conmection.
->fixed land-line with free land-line calls to many countries,
->2 SIM cards with 10gb data plan each, and free 5000 minutes/SMS to all carriers in the country.
->200 TV channels

But this whole service would be something like 80€, I just work for the internet/TV service provider. I get a workers discount.

Ukraine, $5,5 / month, 100 Mbps, static ip adress as provider says. Even cheaper plans exists, but do not have this option and you can be banned in google, it sounds funny, but it happened with me when i was with another internet provider and it was no fun at all...
This is the average tariff for the country, taking into account regional prices, so the bulk of people are most likely connected to plans similar to mine. Also, when comparing prices, keep in mind that our minimum wage is about $175.

Even more: all last year the provider had a promotion, all new customers paid only half for a year, and I just fell under the conditions.

I pay about 4 dollars per month for 24 Megabit. But you can switch to 100 Megabit during daytime with no additional payment, so I plan my big downloads accordingly

I pay in Poland 39,99 PLN (just over 10-10.50 USD) for 300 Mbps (basic TV included, around 30 channels or so), no limits.
I also have a mobile one with USB drive for emergency, with an elastic plan - there I pay 10 PLN (~2.6 USD) for every 10 GB of data.
