Summer Sale 2019

As far as I'm aware, the date isn't confirmed.

There was a thread about the date about a week ago ;)

Date leaked and confirmed by multiple sources, it will begin on June 25, 2019 at 10AM PST and will last for two weeks.

Steam sales start on a Thursday usually, so I would expect it to start either on Jun 20 or on Jun 27. However, according to the leak it will start on the 25th.

Im not sure if its right, but shouldnt the sumer sale cards dropping 2 weeks before the sale? I thought it was this way the last years or am i wrong?

There seems to be a lack of mysterious card drops. So is it just summer time making it start an hour later, is it actually starting on 27th like would make any sense or has Gaben stopped wanting money from people since he already has too much.

It's June 25th to July 9th.

Every Winter and Summer (correct me I am wrong) started on Thursday and this year that should be 27th June. I expect mystery cards to start dropping after 20.6 18:00 UTC.

The Steam Summer sale is just around the corner! We're going to try something different with the event this year. While there will still be an event and rewards, we won't be featuring special trading cards, or any mysterious cards in the lead-up to the sale. Keep your eye out for more details when the sale launches, it should be a fun event.

Well that's disappointing. Hopefully they will still let us make money from the event.

Is this confirmed? Usually sales start thursdays so I thought it would be on 27th
