I buy new hard disk, he gave me a used one

Hello, today I received the hard drive (western digital 2.5 inc) i had ordered online, was sealed, but I noticed that the date of manufacture was 2010, im pretty suspiciuos, i check the warranty and had expired...

I tried to install the s.o, but always windows 7 (no cd or usb attached) run in Portuguese , the pc crash and reboot. I attack the hard disk drive in my pc desktop, and known to be used (3500h)and with pendig sector, even with photos and personal information of a girl!

just me these things happen :( sry for bad english

EDIT: The store has accepted the RMA and pay the shipping cost

Next thing you know, you are in jail for child pornography. Contact the seller somehow or even better go to one of their shops if they have local stores.

You bought a book but got a DVD, you bought a new item but got something that was used, you purchased 3 items but only got 2, the item was damaged in transit, the item is missing major parts (that the seller didn’t disclose), or you purchased an authentic brand but got a knock-off instead. Tell us.

can sell used things and out of warranty? it was written that was 2 years old, but it expired in 2013, anyway i pay with paypal

was not written anything, but have never sold anything used

I bought stuff in the past from them without a problem. Just contact them and explain the situation. They'll probably ask you to open a ticket for a change of item. :)
Save all the files you can for the lols (don't distribute them though). :D
