i cant create a new giveaway

you start with 3 slots
lose 1 slot if you delete a giveaway
get +1 slot every 3 giveaways you have marked as received

if you need more you can try asking support, send a ticket and wait ^^

It may take a long time for support to respond to your ticket to give you more giveaways slots, maybe weeks or longer.

You start with 3 giveaways slots and you lost 2 of them because you deleted 2 giveaways. Your last slot is being used by the giveaway you currently have running. If you don't mind waiting, you will get your 1 remaining giveaway slot back and can make another giveaway after your current giveaway ends and is marked as received by the winner. After you successfully have 3 giveaways marked as received, you will get another slot and now be able to have 2 giveaways open. Then you can start gaining slots faster and there is no limit to how many slots you can have (as far as I know).
