When you make a GA if it has two asterisks come up when you type the name into the box... it means it is a FREE or 0CV game. That zombie game you made a GA for didnt count.... no CV.

Also,Dylan, when you make a GA for a game, the red stars next to the game anme indicate if the CV - two stars means that the game has been given out for free previously and you won't gain any contribution value (CV). One star means the game has been bundled previously and you'll only gain 15% of its Steam value - ($10 will give you $1.50 CV). Gifting an unbundled game will give 100% of the Steam cost ($10 game will give you $10 CV - at least as long as that game is still being sold for $10 - if it goes down in price, your CV will drop correspondingly as well, which is why members can drop levels).
Confusing? Sure. but stick around, buy some cheap bundles and gift the one's you don't want and you'll be a pretty high level in no time :-)

When you are creating a new GA, while selecting a game there are red asterisk (*).
- No asterisk means full CV.
- 1 asterisk means 15% CV. Because the game was part of a bundle with >95% discount.
- 2 asterisk means 0 CV. Because it was given for free at previously on mass scale.
