On December 31 2015 all Duke Nukem games on GOG.com will be removed from their catalog, but they are in talks with the new rightsholders to bring them back. There are also having a goodbye sale.
Also, with the start of the new year, Dragonshpere will no longer be a free game on GOG.com due to new publisher agreements. If you haven't claimed a copy for yourself, you can do so by December 31, 22:59 PM GMT - afterwards the game will be regularly priced at $5.99. Link.

How odd publishing rights outcomes can sometimes be.

Thanks for the heads up!

So I'm guessing Gearbox is pulling the last strings needed to get all Duke Nukem games published under their name ? (instead of "Apogee"/Interceptor ?)

Just 32 hours left for free Dragonsphere, so be quick of you don't have it already.

The goodbye sale is pretty cool. There were only 2 games I didn't already have (Duke Nukem 1+2 and Balls of Steel) so it was 90% off for me for just those two.

Well, not everything may be lost for Duke Nukem 3d on GoG, at least for some people ;) Did you know there is a site dedicated for Duke Nukem funs duke4.net ? I cannot say more, the only thing I can say is not every old news may be as outdated as it seems, and that there is a reason why I'm writing this, and necromancing this old thread.
