Do getting pre order fallout 4 and mgs v pp now is good choice ?

I only preorder titles I like very much (even if they suck) :)
I preordered:
DNF. Sure, the game's a dud, but it quenched some of the thirst for DN and I had fun playing it.
GTA5 PC
Batman Arkham Knight. Lucky I have a powerful enough computer to play it without major problems, but this was a burn.
I also have 2 other games on preorder:
Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3.

I'm a big... huge fan of all these titles + the discount and/or bonuses = preorder.

It only makes sense if you want PiPBoy or Big Boss's Arm, it's completely pointless if you want to pre-order pure digital copy. Don't do it, wait for it.
