And I kept meaning to throw up some giveaways to celebrate. So... here:
Garhasp The Monster Slayer (x5) ($0.01 CV)
Mafia II ($31.00 CV)
Spec Ops: The Line ($31.00 CV)

Out of curiosity how many of your own a home, how many rent, and how many get free room and board either from parents / relatives / school / whatever?

P.S. The best part of owning your own place is that pants are optional 100% of the time

Congratulations to you!

My family owns our house. It's nice, but quite a pain in the ass when it comes to fixing things. At least with rentals your landlord usually pays for that stuff. Right now we're fixing up our main bathroom, and it's such a hassle. So much work. And my comfy peeing spot is gone for now. ;n;

Pants are always optional 100% of the time. No need to conform for social situations or public approval.

Congrats and thanks! I rent a magnificent basement fortress. If I'd stayed at home after I was 19 they would have charged me more rent to live with them than I'm paying now, so it works out :D

I'm still freeloading off my parents. It's nice. I don't even have a job yet, though. Which makes me feel bad. .-.
I'm only 18 though. And planning on moving in with my bf within the next two years. And get a job. So there's that. :v

Congrats on getting a house!
I used to own a house, but I sold and moved almost 10 years ago now. I have gone back to University to finish two degrees, and am technically renting, but from the school, in the Family Housing Apartments on the edge of campus. Rent is about the same as anywhere else in town, but I have a hardline connection to the school network which includes net access, so there's that at least.
