i think maybe for the 2nd part its not a fix, but you could just redeem on humble yourself and just insert the raw steamkey into the field instead. it does not give a link to the winners humble account like some people do perfer, but this isnt humblegifts afterall, its steamgifts :D so no1 should complain.

the winner clicked "received", which he can do, no matter if you sent it already or not. i mean, it might be possible that you send a key via email or chat, even if you added it to the giveaway.

Yeah, you should be right. I probably thought way too complicated and couldn't imagine that there is such a simple solution to this case. ;)

had problem with humble link before too. just let you show the key and send it this way... not sure why this is happening

Some people just mark as "Received" right away because having a notification is apparently too annoying for them.
Currently the key field only accept a specific format (gift?key in the URL). Humble Store purchase use a different format now (s?gift I think), I've already told the admin, he said he will add it.

You're right, the format of the key is "https://www.humblebundle.com/s?gift=..."
So I'll try to let me show the key, as there is probably no other short time solution.
Thanks for your help! ;)

The only time I saw this happen on one of my GAs, sgtools also turned up unactivated wins on the winner's account.
In this case, their Steam profile is private, and their SG history looks suspiciously like an exploit was used. (Do you really think they bought 6 copies of Pro Simulator Pack?) Definitely ask SG support to see if they have unactivated wins.

Waking up the next morning, the winner of the game is already suspended without me doing anything in this case. ;)
So I will ask for a re-roll, thanks a lot for helping me out.

The giveaways for my cake day just ended and I wanted to send out the keys to the winners.
When I wanted to start, I saw that the giveaway for Liveza: Death of the Earth is already marked as received although I didn't even confirm to send out the key (see image below)
How can this happen?
Also, I can't add the link for Castle of Illusion which I bought from Humble Store to the giveaway. SG keeps telling me "Only Steam or Humble links allowed". The link was 100% not redeemed and I've added Humble lnks successfully in the past. The problem was already there when trying to create the giveaway, but I'm unsure whether it's a good idea to send the key out directly to the winner.
I would be happy for any help to these two problems.
The keys for my cake day will be send out later/tomorrow as I'm away for the net few hours.
