Unreceived gift

So, I did a GA where 1 of the winners didn't marked gift as received/marked it unreceived. Tried to add him on Steam but he blocked me, so I left a comment on his Steam Profile with no answer yet. Any ideas what I could do now? Thanks in advance

Well from my experience the SG support is hmmm... slow, so I would like to see if there are some other options first ;)

tbh, that's an older experience. it's much faster nowadays. but tbh as far as other options i don't think any are really left if they just continue to ignore your requests.

it looks like they didn't actually redeem it to their account either. i wonder if they did an improper copy/paste and got an error and rather then comment about it they just ignored you and marked it as not received. either way, best of luck resolving it. ^^

That ticket type should be responded within 48 hours now, but usually faster.

lmao the act of receiving gift then block the giveaway-er shud be considered as a crime (jk) because that shit is unacceptable, why the fuck would anyone can be that ungrateful.....

yup, someone else deserve that gift, if this happened in my group (on facebook) , that person would receive thousands of reported on steam profile and finally lost his account :D

Other people already told you what to do, but this guy has broken rules several times. You should always check for unactivated/multiple wins and request a reroll if they have them if you dont do that yet.
