Every other site and online application I'm using is working fine and the site does load its pages eventually.

Just seems t be jittery and stuttering on loads.

I tried a VPN to make sure it's not just my connection, used various browsers and it is still having troubles.

No extensions or scripts at my end.

I hope all is well and everything still does function, just takes a bit longer (For me at least).

Same for me. Slow, sometimes a timeout error, and my ESGST bookmarks won't load anymore.
Even commenting is a chore.

I'm having the same problem. It's taking a minute or more to load each page. I'm not using scripts nor extensions and i'm in the USA.

Seems to be back to normal (at least for me). Like always no word from the sponsors ;)

It seems to be back to normal for me now too :)

Thanks everyone for replying. Glad to know I wasn't along with this one :)

It was because of Steam maintenance. Overdue since they waited for the current sale to end.
It be nice if it said somewhere on the homepage if the Steam API was down automatically, like other trading/raffle sites do.

Thanks Marvash, that makes a lot of sense with the API being so interconnected and the Spring sale nearing its end.

I don't know how other sites do it but I'm sure 2+ quick tiny badge icons based on PHP status could check if the API is up or not.

As I, and others, noted; the site still worked, was just awfully sticky when responding to everything. Only seemed to be for around 2 hours though :)

Thanks for this. I had to stop using the site, as it was too slow. I'm glad to know it wasn't just in my head 😅
