I've bought two and they were both relatively instant. If you click your profile in the upper right hand corner it should be there.

if i remember corretly groupees doesn't send an e-mail. you need to go to your profile in the upper right corner.

What Karnage said. And it is a little annoying, because they don't even send you an email when something is greenlit and you have the steam key waiting (if it was promised). So you have to go back and check every once in a while.

Yeah, VERY fast. If I remember that I got the game and see it was greenlit, I check, and it has always been there the very first day. Indiegala, one of them took almost a wk to show. Can't recall which though. I love Groupees; they sometimes have some interesting bundles. I also love seeing what all the extra bonuses are on some the bundles; that's fun. Then the polls asking what people what as an extra or bundle theme. And from all I have read about them here on the forums, others have had great experiences with the customer support when they needed it. They may not have the big name and pull of HB, but they obviously care about their customers.

Seconding their support. Only had a single issue ever since I started using them and they fixed it in what, an hour or two after sending the mail.

Groupees has the best organization for keys over all the other sites. You can mark when keys have been redeemed and search ALL of your owned bundles via bundle name or game name to find what you want.
