I'm in a similar situation, the only difference being that my lowest possible point isn't just a month, but one and half year right now. Congrats on your improvements!

No, it's not.
Death is physical thing. And lowers possible point is mental state.
You can't reverse death, but you can reverse feeling bad. Hence you feel that you're in really low point, and then take effort later to climb up on better position again.
Not to mention you can die in car accident or by getting meal with peanuts when you're allergic. So no, death is not lowest possible point.
Also it'd be nice if you'd refrain from spreading negativity at least in threads where people write that they have problems. It's not hard to not write something shitty.

I think it would be easier to say that if life is like a TV that is turned on, then death is like a TV unplugged, and the lowest possible point would be watching Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" while the network overlays "Friday" by Rebecca Black and randomly cuts in jumpscares. Yes :3c

After being at my lowest possible point in January everything seems to be falling into place.
March saw me get a new job in the prison service, starting Monday. Eye surgery that went better than expected and at full recovery now. I also finished my counselling sessions for heavy depression and am now self treating. To celebrate have some giveaways.
