So how much do you owe the Gov now D:
That has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. Trying to legislate what people do with their own bodies or whether they choose to reproduce or not is no one's business but their own. To me this seems like a case of someone trying to impose their radical religious beliefs on others (and despicably using the law to do it), and a great way to commit career suicide. I would hope that this is merely a joke, but then we see all kinds of ludicrous things so nothing surprises me.

The proposed law is meant to parody laws that limit what you're allowed to do with your own body. She (the person proposing the law) is on your side here.

That's actually legit tactic. Put them at war with Valve and see your enemy crushed !

From the article:
The 'Man's Right To Know Act' is designed to highlight how women have been affected by targeted healthcare legislation in Texas
It's worth repeating in this thread again that this is a troll proposal meant to draw attention to how insane anti-abortion laws are becoming in certain parts of the world. But don't just take my word for that, read the actual article.

Don't get me wrong I read the article and I agree that the abortion laws are retarded in some countries.
US included.
I'm not to keen on reading much on the topic. But I did watch an episode of last week tonight which went in some dark details on it .
Basically the regulations to run a clinic are so strict that it is impossible to run one in some states .
And there are many places where they don't even have one anymore .
There are cases where children get pregnant, and they cannot get abortion cause they need to drive to another state cause that's where the nearest clinic is , and spend weeks there first to get checked and then to wait for the state to approve it ... Sometimes that waitcan make it to late for the procedure to be safe or doable at all .
Not to mention that financial cost , and the 0 support any form of healthcare offer for that .
Is is a shit topic that I would love to see some action taken upon , but that's not the place for suchdiscussion .
It's just a gaming form. , And I rather have the clickbait headline and let people have a nice laugh , instead of initiating potentially dangerous discussion.
Cause people have weird ideas bout the case which I rather leave private .
I appreciate you highlighting the elephant in the room tho , and I do hope at least 10%of ppl actually read the whole thing.

That's actually a great point, if men are allowed to do with their bodies, whatever they want, shouldn't women be allowed too?
Aren't women already doing with their bodies whatever men want?

even after reading it....it still retarded
first that democratic women don't understand biology
also:
"When a woman has to have a trans-vaginal ultrasound, it has nothing to do with her healthcare. One of the state's objectives is to guilt her into changing her mind." - if she will go through an abortion then she need to see what she is about to abort, what's in her womb after a month already is human shaped with basic functions
and:
"Mr Pence told marchers in January: "This administration will work with Congress to end taxpayer funding of abortion and abortion providers" - agree with that, in today day and age we have condoms, the pill before, the pill after and many other options and if the woman was strong and independent to get herself pregnant then she is strong and independent to pay for her abortion herself (excluding real life threatening situation, that's a different case)

What next? Act of fellatio will be percieved as cannibalism? Did she know what life without mastrubating is a direct threat to men's health?
Then male politicians must proposes law to fine women $100 for denied to men in act of love.
And how about ovulation? Each unfertilized egg that came out of the womb - it is the the murder of the unborn child.

Oh yea equal rights again.
My humble point of view: if you agree to have sex without protection or anticonception there is chance you get pregnant. It is your and your partners responsibility. I hope condoms are not superexpensive in Texas, not sure. I am pro-abortion but it should not be something you can do every few months and make some other people (instead of you and your partner) to pay for. Ofc I am not speaking about rape/incest conceptions here.
So even after reading the article, it's still stupid.
Edit - please add one more tier so I can actually vote correctly

So where's the guy who will propose a law to fine women for $100 each time they have their period...
Since this also means that a potential child isn't born, and women have way less changes then men :P

It's really sad how almost nobody here understands what she's actually meant. I admire this woman, in the world full of constant attempt to control female reproductive rights such moves do make sense.

Have a laugh and go on with your day !
Edit: as some people mentioned the proposal was o highlight the ridiculous abortion laws ...If you want to have an unpleasant read to trough the whole thing .... If that wasn't enough to I suggest waiting this . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DRauXXz6t0Y
