Humble Bundle url question

Hi everyone, I recently got a humble gift url from trading and redeemed it just to be sure it will stay mine. I have that game already in my account so I was wondering if I could safely trade the humble bundle url I was emailed. It is an unused url like this https://www.humblebundle.com/downloads?key=.......
Thanks in advance for the info :)

UPDATE : I'm just gonna keep that link for myself. Thanks for your help guys!

In theory you could, but thats grounds to get your humble account banned.

Well, generating a gift link is an entirely different story. If he uses the:

Then yes, his account may get banned. It says in humble's ToS

  • Once you make a purchase, you should receive a unique download page. You shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose the unique URL for your download page to anyone else or use anyone else's download page. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities that occur on your download page. Humble Bundle shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your download page.

I can't read anywhere that I may get banned for trading the https://www.humblebundle.com/DOWNLOADS?key=....It just says that the responsibility is mine.
I'm confused...

I literally copied and pasted the excerpt from their terms of service.

The URL that has the "DOWNLOADS" IS the unique download page (where you can download the game without a steam key.)

I haven't bought the game, I traded another bundled game for this. In my page, you still need to use steam to activate it.The url is https://www.humblebundle.com/downloads?key= though . Am I still violating the ToS if I trade the downloads?key url for this page?

If you redeemed it to your email,yes you can.The previous owner cant use it anymore.If its just a direct link to redeem the game on steam,the previous owner can redeem,ot trade it again.

I have redeemed the ?gift url. Then I got an email which says "Your slice of Humble Bundle pie is ready " which contains an https://www.humblebundle.com/?key=..... url. I have the game already so I can't activate it , that's why I'm asking
