I'm sure there are many sites, but I know that this Steam library tool has a random option https://www.lorenzostanco.com/lab/steam/

Throw a dice to choose the launcher, throw another to choose the game.
There is your revolutionary random game picker.

You can throw a normal dice to decide how many dices to throw, do this five times and you can get up to 7000.
Alternatively you can use an online dice.

If you're looking for a physical option, you can either use a method similar to the traditional D100s* or make up 1500 slips of paper (ie, the raffle approach) or cards (ie, the deck approach).
* Traditional method of getting 1-100 is to roll two 10-sided dice. While you can take a similar approach [eg, Roll a D10. If you get a 1, that's 1000. Roll again. If you get 1-5, that's your hundreds column. Roll again twice, take face value for your tens and singles.] the result won't be especially balanced to proper randomized distribution.
For a more fairly balanced option, you can divide up the numbers into more manageable configurations- for example, roll 1d6, divide by 2 and round up [resulting in 1-3]. Then use a D6 to determine 1-5 [6 is reroll] for hundreds [multiplied by the previous roll, then subtract 100], and use D10s to get your tens and singles, and then add the numbers together.)
If you've got absolutely no supplies on hand, check car color statistics online, and then check the colors of passing cars. If you're in the countryside, try counting pine needles per branch or something. If you're looking for a fun school club approach, dartboards can be a great source of not-quite-random numbers.
There are always options, if you're motivated enough.
..but yeah, digital number generators are just way easier. :P

RANDBETWEEN()
or just https://www.random.org.Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, it does; that's the whole point of using Galaxy. The Python script is actually sufficiently simple that you could directly write a "select a random game" script if you know programming, but I'm too lazy to write one myself.

Yeah, the itch.io integration is unfortunately still under par; it can't even work without having the launcher installed. This is more the fault of itch.io than the extensions, though; the site has no API and even web scraping isn't that easy. And of course the big fat superbundle they have now is almost impossible to manage at the moment. 🙁

if you want to somewhat randomize what to play - there is a fun group here called Play or Pay, where we choose games to play for each other. There is a whole system with points and 3-month cycle and giveaways, so if you interested - read in the group requirement or ask any questions.
There is also similar things on BLAEO site called "Challenge me". BLAEO site itself is handy to deal with backlog (sadly only steam ones) with its lists, stats and nice community. Here's more info about it and how to join.
I'm sure there are similar community-based challenges for all launchers/platforms if you look for it. I just prefer it to the program based RNG because people usually choosing something cool, something they themselves enjoyed, or at least something playable.
Don't know if that's useful in any way but good luck in your search! :)

If you don't mind spending the time to enter your entire library into a Backloggery account, there is a Fortune Cookie option, which you can limit by system, and other variables. They have PC as a system, but just about everything else, including, Steam, Epic, GOG, etc. I usually have enough going on that either my whims or my OCD will carry me to the next game (my alignment is Chaotic-Lawful), but it works great when I need it to.

I have heard that there are multiple random game pickers, and I mean from a persons library, not from the store as a whole.
So I'm trying to make a list of them to use between different stores/launchers.
For example:
Steam https://www.lorenzostanco.com/lab/steam/
Itch.io
UPlay
Origin
Epic Games Store
GOG
Bethesda Launcher
Blizzard Launcher
Discord
I think that's all of it, if you perhaps know of a good random game picker for any of these please comment here.
