GTA 5 mods help

So i really want to try gta 5 mods like tsunami mod native trainer to become animals and go around and many other mods but if i want to enter online do i have to disable the mods , unninstal them and reinstalling when i want to play singleplayer or will the mods disable itself ?

You have to manually uninstall them. There's a mod manager or something that would that for you, but I don't know what it's called.

but i heared that the native trainer disables itself is it true ?
