Dues Ex: Human Revolution - Explosive Mission Pack
or
Dues Ex: Human Revolution - Tactical Enhancement Pack

Which one should it be and why?

I would always go with a mission pack, personally. I just think they add more content than items, etc.

Rescuing Tong isc extremely short mission, Silenced Sniper Rifle from Tactical DLC is awesome.
But it's true - Missing Link is much more valuable, even than rest DLC's together.
