The game was a very dark fantasy setting. You could pick from 3 characters, a bandaged mage of some sort, a large barbarian type guy who would often call out for his sister, and the third character was some female character whom I don't remember too well. Each character had started in different areas and had different paths of progression, though I believe they'd all go through the same areas, but at different times in their storyline. I remember a few of the levels, one was a graveyard filled with undead knights of some sort and one was a tunnel with a ship in it. I think it had Vengeance somewhere in it's name, but I can't remember. The mage would be played in 3rd person, while the barbarian would be in first person, if I remember correctly.
EDIT: Found it, it was Dark Vengeance.
