Take a screenshot of your achievements page showing when they were unlocked and send it to Playfire support. They will take about a year to reply, but when they eventually do they will add the credit to your account.

Wait for 1 week, create a support ticket stating all the achievement that wasn't credit properly. Wait for at most 25 days!
I had my outlast, loadout, Champions Online and many more and they credited it after 25days! lel.
Well it was a total of 6$+~ of free credit so I have no complaints.

Hello, i did some achievements, byt they were registered as done 8+ hours later, when that thing was over, so it didn't count. Is there anything I can do?
