Frozen Synapse 75% off Steam Coupon free giveaway!

So I got this coupon for crafting a badge, 75% off Frozen Synapse. After looking into the game, I think I'd like to have it someday. Unfortunately for me, I can't afford it right now, even with the coupon. I'm unemployed and can't justify spending even a few dollars on a new game for now. And the coupon expires on the 9th of this month!
But enough about me.

After giving it some though, I've decided that it's best to give it to someone who will actually use it! I like gift giving, it's a wonderful feeling. Both giving and receiving. And I thought, what better place to give this out than Steamgifts?
