Steam error or something else?

So someone named Wooler recently won my first raffle, so I sent him/her a friend request through steam. When I checked back later, that request was gone from my friend list and Wooler wasn't added. When I try to click the "add friend" button nothing happens. Is this a steam error or am I possibly doing something wrong?

Contact the winner via e-mail and ask to add you on steam, so you could give him the gift. You have the e-mail in the created giveaways page.

I'm pretty sure its allowed to not give someone a game because they were being rude. If not,well then I wouldn't even care being suspended for trying to be nice and then being insulted

Regardless of the beef between you two, stop trying to get other users in trouble. OP, try contacting him via email and be sure to save the email in your sent folders. If he doesn't respond in a week, you can request a reroll.

Make sure he knows that you're trying to give him a game and that the free game is dependant upon his accepting your friend request. Otherwise maybe he thinks you're just some random person.
