Which Game most likely to be worth the money and not disappoint?
Sounds like your better research into this investment with reviews and gameplay footage. If it's going to be the only game you get for a while I recommend one that's open-ended or has lots of replay value.
No fallout 4? :(

already own fallout 4 :), cant wait, also i looked at all the gameplay footage for all these games and they all looked so good so i thought ill ask the community

If you own Fallout 4, why not wait before you pre-order/buy something else. :)
You'll still have to wait either way, so play F4, then make a decision.
It gives you some time to think about what you really want and the companies to release some more information about the games they're selling.

I personally would go for titles with high-replayability (<-- not considered a formal word, but should be!) value. If it's a game you'll play once and move on - save your money.
And btw, Rainbow Six Siege sucks balls (played it in closed beta) - if you like moving like you're in a spacesuit than you might enjoy it. I didn't.
Shadow Warrior 2 looks badass, I didn't even know it's in development :)

I vote Just Cause 3 -- probably the most fun you'll have with that lineup. It's also the safest bet for preordering, since the previous 2 had almost exactly the same gameplay which is featured in the thirds trailer.
I'm not sure about the new Deus Ex, wouldn't preorder. Very interested if it turns out to be cool though.
Just a few more to think about:
Rocket League has quick and action packed gameplay like Just Cause.
Tabletop Simulator comes in a 4-pack if you want to play with your friends. TONS of replayability. Almost infinite.

I love Cyberpunk and Deus Ex Human Revolution is the best one I've ever played. If you are thurough, you can easily spend 45-50 hours in one playthrough. And that is quality time, not just grinding useless stuff. So Mankind Divided is my most wanted game so far.
That being said, I'm super psyched for The Division too. It looks awesome, and I like the idea of the game's world. It's also super huge open world, so there would be a LOT of play time in it. My biggest plus with it, is that it is coop, so you can play as a group of friends, like in borderlands. But then there are multiplayer areas too with nice loot, where you can meet other groups of players.
So Mankind Divided for best story, game experience, and Division for most play time/fun with friends.

If you mean Cyberpunk 2077, then that will almost certainly be on Steam (although also on GOG as the developers run GOG). Although that game is a fair way off. 2017 is the release year I believe.
The term 'Cyberpunk' is also a science fiction sub-genre in case you didn't know, and Deus Ex falls into that genre.

I'm keeping an eye on The Division though with it got a bad rep with downgrades and the company itself. It's still nice in my opinion though and it' is on my wishlist.

i vote for Stellaris, strategy games has replayable value, you can play it much-much more time than with a story based single player shooter and paradox grand strategy games, which developed by Paradox itself are just awesome. Ofc shooter games will get much more votes, bigger markt for those games, but if you like strategy games aswell then its no question you should choise this especially if you cant buy any other new game in near future.

The top two results seems the best choices (Just Cause 3 and Deus Ex). Both will likely have great replay value and are massive games even on first playthroughs. Just Cause has a great track record and Deus Ex is developed by the same guys that did Human Revolution, so odds say that'll turn out great too.
Personally I'd go with Deus Ex, just because JC lacks any real story and endlessly blowing stuff up is cool but I kind of feel it'd get dull pretty quick if you've already played loads of past JC titles and GTA.

If you're having limited amounts of money, then don't pre-order something, but a slightly older game at a sale instead (there are plenty of great ones out there!)
Anyway, the upcoming game that I think looks like it has the most potential is Torment: Tides of Numenera. Fallout 4 also looks like it has great potential, but knowing Bethesda, it will be very buggy at launch.

i own most older games that i want, and fallout 4 torments looks cool but its not on steam yet so not included

I'm surprised you don't have FO4 on the list, but I suppose that's a personal choice.
I played the beta for R6 Siege and was pleasantly surprised with how good the game was, but with the limitation that it still has the same insanely stupid netcode that Ubi always has making parties difficult unless you can forward ports and setup NAT, so as someone living in a dorm I'm not that impressed right now. I would probably pick, given that, Deus Ex and Just Cause 3 in that order. However, Deus Ex is going to be a long time coming, so I'd pick Just Cause 3... just 'cause. :3

yeah, currently leaning heavily between just cause 3 and deus ex

Just Cause 3 - In Just Cause 2 the mouse settings were awful and the gameplay hmm.... I got bored after some hours.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - This.
Shadow Warrior 2 - Or this, I voted for this.
Assassin's Creed Syndicate - We didnt see any broken Assassin's Creed ganes in the last years, ohh wait....
Street Fighter V - Only if you have arcade stick.
Anno 2205 - I have no idea.
Tom Clancy's The Division - I don't trust in Ubisoft but the game looks great in the trailers. So wait until the release.
Hitman - I didnt hear so much about it so far. I liked the old Hitmans but the last one wasnt so great.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - This game is BAD!
Stellaris - I dunno what is this... :P
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 - Only if you are 12 years old.... cmon.....
Homefront: The Revolution - Wait until the release.
BTW, you forget XCOM 2!

In Just Cause 2 the mouse settings were awful
...Wut?
The gameplay, I can understand. Not the kind of thing for everyone. But mouse settings? I thought they were much better than in other games I've played in the past.

like extra cheese on my cheese pizza for a buck and what not.
You monster.
I know pre-ordering promoted a bad business practice and I have learned my lesson from Evolve,
But you are saying that you own lots of games that aren't out yet, therefore you preordered them o.o

yes i am a trap, a sad and unstoppable trap that cant help himself

ACS is a joke. It's like ACU 2.0
R6:Siege - I played about 15 hours of the beta. Errr I PLAYED 2 hours, but I was queued for 13.... The game is incredibly broke. The beta was in such a disarray i have no confidence that they could fix it by launch. There are tons of balancing and game play problems as well let alone the in-engine problems. This is a game you wait 6 months after launch for for sure. I put money that it is the next biggest FPS flop since BF4. Just as broken.
The Division - I have no faith in this once again. I really haven;t trusted Ubi since watchdogs, but I continue to play their games and betas just to make sure i'm not missing anything. And if you;re asking no I am not. With delays and setbacks of the project this is another one you should wait on especially if you can;t get into the public beta.
JC3 - This is what I would purchase if I were you. Especially if you enjoyed madmax. Just Cause is a franchise you really have to be into though. Just like Saints Row there is a certain game play style and character acting that isn't for everyone. If you played and enjoyed the previous games this is a no brainer to get.
COD is COD and BLOPS has always been its best offering. But as usual you will see nothing new so if you want the same ole same ole BLOPS3 is fine. If you want something you haven't played for the last 10 years go with something else.
Everything else I either know nothing about because I don't follow those game genres or the little I know about them doesn't really impress me.

It does need to be something coming out soon? If not, a lot of my indications you already have (the special one would be Witcher 3, but its easy to see you have it and loved it perhaps the much as I did)... so I really don't know. You have awesome strategy/rpg/medieval games.
I say that because you played a lot of Rust, tried H1Z1? Quite different but I love it. Its quite a very good game for what it costs, a lot of replay value.
But... as you said about games coming in 5-6 months, you could wait also for Mount & Blade: Bannerlord. There is no exact release date yet, but its coming out in 2016. I imagine it will not come out till the half of the year, so maybe you would have to wait 6-8 months for it.
That is one that I'm personally hyped about it.
If I had to go with one of those in the list, I would go with 1) Anno 2205 (personally hyped about this one as well, it does look amazing); or 2) Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (well... its Deus Ex!).
Perhaps if the game you pick is around $40, you could try to get the expansion pass for Witcher 3 as well. Hearts Of Stone expansions is not that big, but combined with Blood & Wine, they will be the same size as Witcher 2. So it is a LOT of more hours of gameplay for $20.
Good luck!

oh yes I've got the expansion pack before it came out, beaten it just last week, was pretty amazing and the characters were incredibly memorable as usually with the witcher series. also new gwent cards
h1z1 gonna go f2p soon in early 2016 so im holding off on it unless they have like a 75% sale or something
Bannerlord im really excited about but idk when its coming out could be December 2016 for all i know

Get the current humble bundle for a dollar. Insurgency alone is worth it:
Or just spend some time on r/gamedeals:

I currently am broke and only have $60 left over for personal use for the unforeseeable future, I know pre-ordering promoted a bad business practice and I have learned my lesson from Evolve, but I would rather risk it that then slowly waste my $60 on things I dont really want like extra cheese on my cheese pizza for a buck and what not. Which game do you guys think would be the best bang for the buck that is coming out in the next 5-6 months? Please note I only included in the poll mostly AAA games that I want and dont have yet. I know this is in no way a true accurate prediction at what game will be the best for the money I have as everyone has different tastes but I'm interested in what most people are leaning towards. thanks
also didnt include any games outside of steam such as starwars battlefront
