You already have group recruitment topic. It is not allowed to mix Group Recruitment with User Projects. Only type of giveaways that are allowed in User Projects are private giveaways that don't require users to join a group.
So you will need to edit your description.

I commented in Group Recruitment thread, they didn't edit anything in OP post apart from changing category to User Projects:

This thread was before User Project. They changed category to Group Recruitment and keep information about their curator here.
Right now none of the threads meet the guideline. User Projects is to show your completed or work-in-progress project / work. Not gather users for steam groups. And Group Recruitment is here as place to make giveaway groups more visible. Not promote your curator or yt.
So now both threads will need to be closed.

You can't change category from User Project to Group Recruitment, and keep information about curator here. That's why this thread will be closed.
You should just re-open this thread without adding any information about your curator, yt, discord or any other social media:
