Hmmm. I'm not entirely sure about this. I believe you're mostly talking about Kinguin, right? The think about webutation and stuff is that it's a verification form, so it can be defrauded by people with enough time and resources. On the other hand, if you check URLs and are careful to use a payment method you can contest, you should be fine. There might be an issue with the Webutation service, but that doesn't make sites that use it insecure, it just makes that service insecure.

Yo, it seems that you are using link formatting for photos, while you have a nice photo formatting on site. For example:
This is formatting for links SteamGifts (remove space) in effect it gives you that: SteamGifts
This is formatting for photos (remove space) in effect it gives you that: (I kinda forgot that photos are always thrown at the bottom of the comment :P)
Note that word between [ ] will be visible when someone will hover mouse over photo that you have posted :)
To better see how it looks here is the link to page with comment formating infos. I have it saved in my bookmarks and I always use it, when I want to post photo or link :)

It"s just a warning, and, just like a lot of shops they use facebook as an option to log in and that facebook, up intill this day facebook has webutations blocked for security reasons, thus the extension is probably still compromised.
I realize that what I wrote previously is very chaotic and confusing, i'll change it asap.

Should be more than fine :)
Lets hope this prevents some people from getting in trouble :)
And to anyone who isn't an expert with how to prevent yourself from getting hacked:
Keeps you pretty safe if you follow these rules (and obviously don't go to shady websites or download random survey locker stuff)

EDIT
Forget what I wrote previously. Here's a revision, hopefully easier to understand.
The browser extension and tablet app of webutations is unsafe. It's been hacked.
Like many sites, webutations lets you log into their site via facebook
Facebook has them blocked and has removed their page.
As long facebook has them blocked I would not trust the extension/app.
Don't worry, if you see a shield on websites that have a similar-looking icon in their shopping baskets. (ie g2a and kinguing.) they are safe.
The web-browser extension is not very harmful, but just remove it. The app for wireless devices run the risk.
Steamgifts has a lot of people whom shop online, especialy g2a and kinguin. and possibly are confused by me.
So to recap, websites safe.
browser extension, low to no risk
wireless devices app, unsafe.
Very short article with more details and explanation.
