Help with translate (Persian language)

Hi,
can someone help me with translate this or give me answer to this ?
"کلمه تهران در قدیم چگونه نوشته می شده است؟"
I used google translate but i still dont understand whats that mean: "How old is the written word in Tehran?"
Its mean how old is theirs language ? Or google translate mess this a lot :/
