Wait a whole SEVEN DAYS !

Some people are busy with their lives. Both you or the winner basically have a 7 day hold limit.

Not everyone will activate their gifts immediately, and since that giveaway only ended 1 day ago, I wouldn't worry too much yet. As others noted, gifter and winner have 7 days to complete the transfer of the game into the winner's library. If at the end of the week the game hasn't been accepted, contact Support here, explain things, and they'll probably re-roll the winner.

This is one of the main reasons why you have to read the FAQ. So that you wouldn't make a new giveaway 10 seconds after it ends(yyes 1 day is very little)
