Bugsy advertising

I am writing from Italy, this evening when I enter the site a full screen advertisement opens which blocks the site (BPER), once it disappears I cannot click anything with the mouse, neither with the left nor with the right button, to write this message I had to use Chrome's incognito mode.

I misread that as Bubsy advertising, which is something nobody needs.

I am using an ad-blocker but even disabling it I was unable to reproduce the state you mention.
