One Last Chance Deluxe Edition can only be entered if you already have the game.

It's not a DLC, it's a complete pack of the game + dlc. The only people who can enter it are those who already have it.

Then it needs to be removed from the GA list. Only people who have it can enter.

Look at the example posted above. All 6 who were able to enter have it already. Otherwise you get "Missing Base game".
