I wasted countless hours playing star wars ep 1 Racer. I loved playing that game on my old computer. the n64 version is almost as good as the desktop version. I also loved the wipeout series.

Gran Turismo 3 or 4 - both were great
Stunt GP - awesome RC cars racing with tuning and stunts
Mario Kart 64 - especially 4-player battle mode
Ignition - old and great game, you should try it
