saints row 2 region locked

I'm thinking of buying Saints Row 2 on amazon.com and I'm in the UK and i was just wondering if it was region locked.

Also if any one could tell me of a better way to find out if games are region locked please tell me because i was not having any luck finding out Googleing it thank you.
