I did enjoy human fall flat. A 4 player patch came out not long ago, but I dont know whether it works with shared screen (2 players supported for sure)
Another game is Ultimate Chicken Horse, though I didn't like it, you may find it suitable.
I agree with the comments above that Keep talking and nobody explodes is a great option

One game that has co-op but the versus mode is better is Towerfall Ascension. 100% guaranteed you guys will enjoy it.
Funniest game ever to play with friends.
Mother Russia Bleeds is also a good beat'm up.

I would recommend Hammerwatch. It's a pretty simple game but me and my cousin had a lot of fun playing that one. I liked it more than for example Castle Crashers. Also Worms (I prefer Reloaded), Civilization, Trine or Rayman Origins are great.

Most people already seemed to mention games that first popped up in my head which is great.
Looking through my library, apparently Assault Android Cactus has local coop, keyboard and controller support. It's already a great single player game so I'm sure it would be fun with friends if you like the sort of game.

Moon Hunters! It's super fun to keep going through and choosing different options (not to mention the art and soundtrack are gorgeous)

Crimsonland (old but fun)

I think a fun game for up to 3 people is the You Dont Know Jack (YDKJ) Series.
It has a very stupid humor and weird questions, but IMO its fun.
Also, if the game hasnt to be on Steam, try Super Mario Wars

I'm a couch coop collector and honestly they already brought you an amazing list, but since i couldn't find a Road Redemption recommendation, i'll ask you to try this out, it is very insane and have a nice price!

You have already received a lot of good suggestions, but I would like to add two more:
BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition - up to 4 players local cooperative As I remember rightly, I played it with my brother on PS3, and it was fun
Final Exam - 2 players local cooperative and up to 4 players through Internet I played it recently with my brother and it was f@#$ing awesome XD

So, I will be travelling with 2 friends and we want to play some games while travelling.
We have a prefference for games that can be played woth 2 controllers and a keyboard.
But it can be a game played by 3 controllers too.
Just a thing, it needs to be played in a single computer.
We are open to play games of any kind.
Thank you guys.
Also, a little giveaway for you guys.
