I created the label for a bavarian beer brand which is launching their first organic beer next week. (we advised them to brew that)
Last week they sent us a box of beers with the final label ... I was very proud seeing all this work unfold!

I don't know if this is "cool", when I graduated from secondary education I obtained the higest score of my school in the state test. Most of my schoolmates admired that. And I was accepted in one of the best universities of my country, so some people are impressed about me.

I'm so cool if you whitelist me you'll instantly be 20% cooler!

I have no tattoos, but somehow managed to end up with a scar on every limb and my head going thru life.

Everything about me is cool - just ask my 5-year old son! ;-)

I am a big fan of Warhammer 40k novels.

I can shake my pupils. I can find only one person who can do this besides me, it's a little bit terrifying to watch but also little bit cool i think :)

My cool thing: I'm part of this site called SteamGifts that is apparently just chock full of cool people!

I got a (permanent) scar on my hand from fighting for freedom ... just kidding; I got it from accidentally piercing myself with a bone from a steak I was eating. :P

My country is right in the middle of Europe where the religious conservatism from the east mixes with the broadminded culture from the west. It's a weird experience. The young generation is bright and forward looking (mostly) while the older will curse the Jews, and walk in a wide breadth around people of color. We struggle with getting our rights for abortion and a decent sex education in schools while the religiously conservative think it's about time to declare some cities LGBT-free zones. Think 'The Bible Belt' in the US but with more vodka and bigotry.
It's not so bad in the more urbanized areas, but in the more rural ones... if you declared yourself an atheist you would be treated worse than if you were a Gay Black Jewish Freemason.

Well, since everyone is talking scars:

When I was about 14 I was spending the night hanging out with 2 friends and we were all profoundly drunk. I leaned forward (to pick up the Playstation controller, to play Crash Bandicoot) and slipped off the front of my chair - and landed on a pint glass that was lying on the floor. It shattered, and slid deep, deep into my calf. Almost the full length of the glass had gone right into my leg, so the cut was about 7 inches long and about 4 inches deep, though because of the curve in the glass it hadn't hit the bone. When I stood up it slid clean out.

I told my friends, "I've cut my leg", but was too drunk to explain myself any better. They were too drunk to understand how serious it was, so they just got a box of band aids and proceeded to attempt to stick the entire pack one by one, only for each of them to wash off in the flowing blood. I started to feel sweaty and sick, so I decided some cold air would help me feel better, and I went out to collapse on the grass in the garden. My 2 friends joined me, and started riding around the garden on 2 children's plastic tricycles. They thought it was hilarious to repeatedly drive into me. I had no sense that I might be in serious danger from blood loss, I just thought the cold air felt incredible.

Eventually they got bored, went back inside and it seemed that within a few minutes they had already fallen asleep. I'm not sure how long I lay bleeding on the grass, but I eventually decided to join them, went back in, and somehow found the presence of mind to elevate my leg on a table a few moments before passing out.

The next morning, we had planned to walk into town to spend the day there, and with the infinite stupidity only really possible in a teenage boy, I didn't see anything wrong with sticking to that plan. My friend's mum noticed the dozens of little pieces of white plastic from all the band-aids, and he explained I'd cut my leg. She insisted to take a look at it, and as I pulled up my trouser leg I'm not sure whether she or my friends were more shocked. In their drunken state they were sure I'd just had a minor scratch, and couldn't believe that my calf was hanging wide open.

Of course, she rushed me to hospital. I can no longer recall exactly how many stitches I needed, but I know it was over 30, the majority internal. Miraculously, the glass had avoided all the tendons and muscle. For about a decade whenever the weather was particularly cold it would ache, but apart from that I had no lasting effects. Nowadays you'd never guess looking at the scar how serious it was, but from its position I'm still amazed I was so fortunate that it only caused tissue damage.

I should say - although this is my "cool" scar story, I wouldn't necessarily recommend getting ridiculously drunk and suffering severe limb trauma. It's not so great.

I make killer poutine, prefer my milk in bags, and love ketchup chips.
