I win a duped key / Gane una key duplicada

Me gane una key de "Catch a Falling Star" pero al intentar reclamar la clave, me dice "Clave de producto duplicada" ¿Qué hago?

I win a key from "Catch a Falling Star" but when I try to recover the key, it says "Duplicate product key." What do I do?

Under no circumstance mark it as received

Contact the gifter and explain the case to him, either he provides another key or he will ask for your consent to delete the giveawaway

Same as above. If nothing changes, mark it not received after one week.

If you accidentally marked it received, you can unmark it by clicking on the received button again.
