As far as I know calling out is forbidden on SG. You should remove the topic even if you just got good intentions :-)

There are other ways to warn people about a certain user/scammer. Steamgifts' way is that you go to that person profile, then go to trade feedbacback (+/-) then you click +add trade feedback. There you can choose to leave a warning, leave proof of scam etc. I mentioned ways as in plural, meaning that you can report him on steam and/or leave a ticket on steamrep too.
This is NOT the way to deal with scammers.
