Help needed

Hi guys, I'm new to this site, so I have 2 simple questions about site:
1) Can you "convert" steam games already played by you to gift?
2) I have about 20 games on account, and in some of them when I click play button it shows it's cd-key, and in some of this games it doesn't show it's cd-key and game just starts. So these with shown cd-key aren't used yet and safe to giveaway for you?
P.S. Sorry for bad english I'm not it's native speaker.

1) No, you can't. Sadly.

2) No. If this is what I think it is, it's just for old games that what a key entered after being started. It is not actually a Steam key

not only old games. one example would be uplay games. you need the key in order to activate the game on your uplay account.

the sad truth is, if you want to giveaway games, you will have to invest actual money. even if it's only a dollar for a bundle.
