Need help about creating a giveaway of TrackMania2 Stadium

I bought TrackMania2 Stadium but i dont like it. If i right click on the game i can see the serial , but the game is already in my steam library.
If i create a giveaway of this game, the winner can put the serial and play ??

You can't giveaway games that you already have redeemed to your libary...

They can't. If it's in your library, you already can't remove it from there and give it away

That key is for some in-game multiplayer service I guess.
