Pretty sure the sites get the money for the ad's whether you have Adblock + or not. All AB+ does is stops the site displaying ads and opening pop-ups.

Well, that ^ is if the ads are a pay-to-have-your-ad here agreement rather than a deal where s.gifts gets money when someone clicks on ads.
