He has 7 days to complete the transaction. You could also add the user on Steam to let him know he won, just in case he didn't see the email.

Might be handy to screenshot your inventory where it says which email address you've sent it to just in case you need to re-roll in the end. It's always good to show SG proof of sending it out if it comes to that.
I've had this before too. Sent it to email and heard nothing for about 10 days. Added the winner on Steam and sent a message saying he'd won, and to check the email addy on his Steamgifts account. He didn't say anything to that either for about another week so I recalled the gift and asked for a re-roll.
He's actually still on my friends list as I'm too lazy to remove people and I appear on his profile as his highest level friend. That was a weird one.

And I sent the gift to him via email through Steam and he hasn't accepted it yet. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not. It's not like it's my fault, I just used the email from which I was given.
