No, a weapon is a weapon and a tool is a tool, hence why the English language has two different words for them. You couldn't make a sandwich easily with a knife specifically designed as a weapon, like a curved trench knife.
People seem to use the comparison of an unity knife which is designed primary as a tool while it can have a secondary use as weapon to somehow justify weapons are tools. A gun is only a weapon, which can ONLY be used to kill either man or beast.

I'm not getting involved in the gun control debate because that's like sticking your dick in a hive of bees except the bees are angry Americans and Scandinavians. I am however saying that analogy is rubbish and one I'm sick of hearing.

The thing is that shootings like those happen VERY rarely in Europe, simply because civilians have a really hard time in getting their hands on a gun. And those civilians are the ACTUAL threat. They're the ones that go nuts and start shooting people. Normal thieves and robbers have no reason to go around murdering people.

If there's a shooting in Europe, it's going to be on the news for a month.

If there's a shooting in the US, it's just Thursday.

I don't want to call everyone to bring their kids to the theater - crying is annoying, yes. Just wanna say that situations are different. Don't define babies as a junk. That's all i'm sayin'.

Let me explain more clear. I do agree with the fact that babies should be with their parents when the last are watching Batman in the theater. Even more because it's PG-13 which is NOT a word XYU on the wall. But what happened in this case can't be forced back. When babies are crying it's annoying, yes, but take it easy. It's just a babies, not a cruel machine to make you insane.

Such comments just makes me worry. People seems to be overreacted. Maybe there is so many indians and chinese because they don't think to make baby a meat or "shut the fuck up their kids forever". And in modern and fashionable, and all-for-personal comfort and liberal western world babies become some crap and trash that makes life uncomfortable. She can't go to a shop anytime she want. He can't hard party every day and play computer games till morning. They can't sex 5 times in a day. etc, etc, etc. THERE IS A FUCKING PROBLEM. AND IT'S NAME A FUCKING CHILD.
