i made a giveaway and someone won the game
he activated the key via steam

still waiting for feedback but i think he wont give me any feedback i asked him via steam but he deleted me..
what should i do?

Try to contact him further, but if he won't respond, wait until end of 7 days, then if the winner has still not marked as received, submit a support ticket with your proof.

True, you could submit the ticket now since it will likely take more than another 4 days for it to be dealt with anyways lol. But I think it's more polite to give the winner more time to mark it.
